Ferries from Hull to Rotterdam will prove popular with music aficionados in July as the Dutch city hosts the North Sea Jazz Festival.
The event will take place from July 10th to 12th in various venues around Rotterdam, including the Paradiso, Watt and Lantaren/Venster.
Jazz fans will be travelling on the P&O Ferries route from Hull to Rotterdam to see a star-studded line-up at the festival, topped by the likes of BB King, Herbie Hancock and James Taylor.
A number of contemporary popular artists will also be appearing, including Duffy, Jamie Cullum and Adele.
Tickets for the 2009 North Sea Jazz Festival are now on sale, following the confirmation of the full line-up on May 6th.
Travellers planning to head directly to the festival can catch
ferries from Hull to Rotterdam with P&O Ferries, while those planning to see some of Holland first can travel on
ferries from Newcastle to Amsterdam with DFDS Seaways.
