Jersey ferry services will prove popular among music fans next month when the Jersey Live festival returns to the island.
The event will take place at the Royal Jersey Showground on the weekend of September 4th and 5th and will feature performances by artists such as Paul Weller, Groove Armada and Biffy Clyro.
It is described by organisers as the "coolest boutique festival on the planet".
Travellers can reach the island with
Condor Ferries, which provides regular ferries to Jersey from Portsmouth, Poole, Weymouth and Guernsey.
The View, Chase & Status and headliners Groove Armada will be among the acts performing on the main stage on the Saturday, while Switch and Caspa will entertain crowds in the dance arena.
Visitors will be able to see the Magic Numbers, Paul Weller, Calvin Harris, Sub Focus and many other artists on the final day of the festival.
As well as serving the Channel Islands, Condor Ferries provides access to France with regular ferries to St Malo from Poole and Weymouth.
Travellers can also catch
ferries from Portsmouth to St Malo with
Brittany Ferries.
