Scandlines possible bidders

Deutsche Seereederei (DSR) in Rostock have formed a consortium with Allianz Capital Partners and Investment fund LD Equity make an offer for Scandlines AG according to 'Handelsblatt' and 'Financial Times Deutschland' (FTD) who both quote the consortium's PR agent Arno Pöker. The talk in the appropriate circles is a bid of between 600 and 800 million Euro.
