Ferries from Hull to Rotterdam could prove a popular travel option with blues fans later this year when the great BB King performs in the Dutch city.
King is one of the most acclaimed and influential performers in the history of blues music, with a career spanning more than 60 years and countless singles and albums to his name.
His show in Rotterdam on July 10th is one of many that ferry travellers will be able to see across Europe this year, with others scheduled in Ghent, Belgium (July 8th), Paris, France (July 22nd) and other destinations.
King will be playing in Holland for the North Sea Jazz Festival, which will bring artists including Duffy, Herbie Hancock, James Taylor and Burt Bacharach to Rotterdam from July 10th to 12th.
Ferries from Hull to Rotterdam are available with P&O Ferries, which also sails from Hull to the port of Zeebrugge.
Other options for people travelling to Holland include the Newcastle to Amsterdam ferry service operated by DFDS Seaways and Stena Line's
ferries from Harwich to Hook of Holland.
