People who have a passion for motorcycling can catch ferries to Ireland later this year to see the North West 200.
Billed as "Ireland's most famous road race", the event will take place on the Portrush and Causeway coast in County Antrim on May 15th.
People interested in attending can get to Northern Ireland by taking ferries to Belfast from Stranraer with
Stena Line or using the Liverpool to Belfast ferry route, which is served by
Norfolkline Irish Sea.
The North West 200 attracts crowds in excess of 150,000 people to Ireland, making it the country's largest outdoor sporting event.
Fans flock to the towns of Portrush, Portstewart and Coleraine to see expert riders racing along a circuit that runs through the area.
The meeting is famous for the high speeds attained by its competitors, with Michael Rutter breaking his own record in 2005 when he reached 201.1 miles per hour.
Travellers planning to visit this year's North West 200 also have the option of taking ferries to Larne from Fleetwood with
Stena Line or from Cairnryan with P&O Ferries.
