Staff working on the Holyhead to Dun Laoghaire ferry route operated by
Stena Line recently won the £2.2 million jackpot in a National Lottery draw.
The top prize was won by a syndicate of more than 25 workers, who received nearly £75,000 each, the Holyhead and Anglesey Mail reports.
A staff source told the newspaper that the "fantastic amount of money" would make a "great difference" to all of the winners' lives.
"It is also nice because it is shared around a large group of the workers," the source added.
"Everyone not in the syndicate is kicking themselves now for not entering but I hope they really enjoy the money."

Stena Line staff are based on the HSS Explorer, which operates daily crossings on the Holyhead to Dun Laoghaire ferry route.
