Music fans looking to extend the summer festival season that little longer are likely to be interested in taking a ferry to Belgium so as to attend this year's Ward' In Rock.
The two-day rock and pop festival is due to take place just outside of the Belgian town of Wardin, which can be easily reached from the country's ferry ports, as well as from Brussels, between September 4th and 5th.
As with previous years, it is anticipated that the end-of-summer festival will being together thousands of music fans, with 14 concerts by both local and international artists due to take place over the two days.
Headlining this year will be hard rockers Therapy?, while Bob Marley's backing group the Wailers will also be making an appearance alongside some lesser-known European bands and DJs, such as Ntoumos, Squint and the Guns of Brixton.
However, those just wanting to stay for one day may also want to spend part of their Belgium ferry holiday in the capital, which is due to host its annual Beer Weekend over the same Saturday and Sunday, with around 30 local breweries set to offer samples in the historic Grand Place.
