Travellers taking ferries to Dublin for city breaks this December will be able to experience one of the destination's most popular festive events - the 12 Days of Christmas festival.
The seasonal celebration will be based at Dublin's Docklands from December 12th to 23rd.
People based in northern England can take ferries to Dublin from Liverpool with either
Norfolkline Irish Sea or P&O Ferries.
Now in its fifth year, the 12 Days of Christmas festival attracts 100,000 people to the Docklands, where over 100 market traders will be selling Christmas gifts, stocking fillers, food and other items.
There will also be plenty of entertainment and attractions for visitors to enjoy, including fairground rides and performances by carol singers and bands.
A variety of seasonal fare will be provided to keep browsers energised, from hot chocolate and mulled wine to continental pastries and cakes.
Stena Line and
Irish Ferries also provide access to the Irish capital via the Holyhead to Dublin ferry route, while the
Isle of Man Steam Packet Company operates ferries to Dublin from Douglas.
