Ferries to Jersey will prove popular among food lovers in October as the island hosts Tennerfest.
The event, which offers fixed-price meals at several restaurants across the island, will run from October 1st to November 12th this year.
Condor Ferries provides a direct Poole to Jersey ferry route and also sails to the destination from Weymouth via Guernsey.
More than 110 restaurants on the island will participate in Tennerfest this year, providing lunches and dinners for set prices of £12.50, £15 and £17.50.
Upon arrival in Jersey, visitors can head to the local visitor centre to pick up a free copy of the menus for this year's festival, which will be distributed in a newspaper format.
Last year, the range of dishes served up during Tennerfest included local mussels with a Thai green curry sauce and banana and walnut mousse for dessert.
Travellers who want to extend their journey into Europe after visiting Jersey can catch ferries to St Malo with
Condor Ferries and explore the Brittany region.
