People with a passion for plants and flowers will be booking ferries to Roscoff soon to visit the town's Exotic Garden.
The attraction will open between the hours of 14:00 and 17:00 local time in March and April, before extending its opening times for the summer months.
Covering 1.6 hectares, the garden has around 3,000 species of exotic and subtropical flowers and plants.
Travellers based in England can take ferries to Roscoff from Plymouth with
Brittany Ferries, while those coming from Ireland can use the Rosslare to Roscoff ferry service provided by
Irish Ferries.
Highlights to look out for at the Roscoff Exotic Garden include its collection of Mexican cacti and palm trees from China, as well as rockeries and water features.
The attraction also features a number of vantage points that offer scenic views across the picturesque Bay of Morlaix.
Holidaymakers can also reach north-west France via the St Malo ferry port, which is served by
Brittany Ferries from Portsmouth and by
Condor Ferries from Guernsey, Jersey, Poole and Weymouth.
