Families based in Northern Ireland might be interested in booking ferries to Scotland this year to attend a special exhibition in Glasgow.
A World of Cracking Ideas, an exhibition presented by much-loved animated characters Wallace and Gromit, will be on display at the Glasgow Science Centre until November 30th.
The show offers a fascinating insight into famous inventions and how they developed from being an original idea to part of our daily lives.
People who fancy visiting the exhibition this year can get to Scotland by taking
ferries from Belfast to Stranraer with
Stena Line.
A range of activities, fun and games will feature in the display to entertain visitors of all ages.
The Glasgow Science Centre has arranged a number of monthly tasks to get its guests' inventive juices flowing, including a challenge to create a machine that launches jam at a giant piece of toast.
Travellers heading to Scotland this year can also take
ferries from Larne to Cairnryan or Troon with
P&O Ferries.
Norfolkline links the country to Europe via its Rosyth to Zeebrugge ferry service.
