The launch of the Estonian operator's next newbuilding will bring changes in deployment on three of
Tallink Ferries routes.
Named BALTIC PRINCESS, the 2,800 passenger vessel will take up operations on the Tallinn (Estonia) - Helsinki (Finland) route when delivered from Aker Yards in June this year.
The ferry will replace the 2006-built sister vessel GALAXY, which will be redeployed on the Turku (Finland) - Stockholm (Sweden) route. That move, in turn, will bring the redeployment of the FESTIVAL to the Stockholm - Riga (Latvia) route.
Earlier information suggested that
Tallink Ferries next cruise-ferry would be named LUXURY, but the vessel will appear as the BALTIC PRINCESS.
