Trasmediterranea between Vigo and Bristol from 1st April 2006

According to information published in Atlantico Diario, Trasmediterranea will begin operating a passanger and cargo ferry service between Vigo and Bristol as from 1st April next.

This shipping company currently transports cars and car parts between Vigo and Saint Nazaire, in France. They hope to handle between 50,000 and 80,000 passengers during this first phase.

The crossing from Vigo to Bristol will take about 30 hours.
