The only point was to find the Terminal in Hull, for the signs are not easy to understand. Checking in was fast and without any problem. A nice and clean cabin, no big noise and enough space for one night. The dinner bufet was good and the waiter was friendly and considerate. It was a good night and we reached Rotterdam in time and rested. 4.0
The road signing for P&O terminal in both Liverpool and Dublin is at best abysmal and at worst non-existent. Delays in getting on and off the ferry are on a par with travelling by air. Food on board was what you would expect from a roadside cafe. All-in-all I would rate travelling with P&O as one-star (out of ten), but at least they got us there and back. 4.2
We were booked on the pride of kent at 11.10am. The boat was packed. There were not any places left to sit. We had a meal which was ok for the price but the eating area was dirty. The experience of the crossing wasn't enjoyable and we won't be traveling with P&O again. 10.0
Very good value for money will use again journey very smooth and whole family very happy. 8.2
Very clean accommodation and facilities. Very friendly helpful crew. The only thing I would change is that there was an alternative place to buy food apart from the onboard costa cafe or paying the full dinner price in the restaurant. |

Pets travelling between Dover and Calais must remain in the vehicle. Between Hull and Rotterdam/Zeebrugge, pets must be left in the airconditioned kennels provided. Foot passengers must leave pets in lockable containers that are able to withstand being secured to the ferry.
Note that to take your pet to and from the UK to mainland Europe (excluding Ireland) you will need a pet passport. To find out more about pet passports and travelling with your pet see our pet travel guide.
