Brevent Flegere |
Brévent Flégère is relatively quiet compared to some of the busier nearby slopes of Chamonix, such as Les Grands Montets. This is particularly true for the off-piste slopes of Brévent-Flégère.
Le Brévent and Le Flégère are two separate ski areas, which since 2000 have been renamed Brévent Flégère.
The Brévent ski station is the closest to the centre of Chamonix, although you will still need to jump on the free bus, as the hill is a steep climb. Le Brévent is ideal for intermediate skiers, limted for beginners and the advanced skiers might want to try the Charles Bozon run from Brevent to Plan Praz, which can be very challenging.
La Flégère is good for all abilities with a variety of on & off piste skiing available and benefits from a south facing position allowing for a comfortable day out on the slopes.
Ski Brévent-Flégère - Piste and Lift Information
The combined ski resort of Le Brévent and La Flégère is ideal for improving and expert skiers, with many red and black runs. The area doesn't offer too much for the beginner, however, with only a small number of green and blue runs across the two resorts.
