Boarding the ferry was easy and stress free. We had a relaxing trip and stayed in the 'Quiet Room' which lived up to its name. When it came to leaving it was not clear to us where to go and there was no one to ask so we ended up in the car ferry area.

Automatic check in resulted in no one to ask for ability to park near, lift (requested at time of booking) As a result placed on mezzanine and had to struggle up stairs. Food on board very limited in choice.

Everything OK. All facilities of the ferry are in good conditions. The trip was fast and comfortable.

I traveled from the US to Bornholm to reasearch family who immigrated, meet new family, and experience this beautiful island. Ystad is a beautiful little town and I spent the night there before boarding this beautiful ferry.

The ferry boat was clean and on time we were pleased with the trip.
