We have used this ferry several times (as we live in France ) and often there are school children on board and this is not a problem as they are usually well behaved and mostly in groups in recliner lounges (supervised), but on our last trip the ferry seemed to be over run with french youths, they were in every area ,very loud and noisy, rude, and unruly , running around everywhere causing hazards on stairs and with quite a lot of elderly people on board this was an accident waiting to happen (dangerous). I know teenagers can behave this way but the teachers should have more control. It made our journey and many other passengers uncomfortable and a little frightening. I hope this was an isolated incident, maybe you could flag up days when lots of school children will be on board so people can take a different ferry. 9.8
An urgent short trip, which was made pleasurable by an enjoyable relaxing crossing with excellent facilities. 7.0
Great to have free WiFi - thanks so much and please don't change it. Only disadvantage is that I noticed via free WiFi that we were sailing through 70 mile an hour gales! Luckily safely and still on time - so double thanks! 8.6
Very comfortable cabin, excellent meal in the restaurant and very good service. Only downsides were arriving over 2 hours before sailing but boarding ferry 20 mins before departure. Shower drain simply caused water to come up through main bathroom floor drain. 10.0
As always it was a great experience traveling with Brittany Ferries. It really is a highlight of the journey, especially when on a motorbike! A time to relax and unwind. I have done the journey many times and will always do so again. |
