My disability well catered for - being parked near the lift. Decent breakfast. Smooth journey. Slow exit from Caen with lorries, apparently, being given priority by French Customs. 8.0 10.0
I took the ferry over to France at a discounted rate and booked through the AFerry website. My girlfriend doesn't travel on boat too well but it was a smooth ride so luckily she wasn't seasick. Getting my car loaded onto the ferry was much better than the last time that I used this service last year. 10.0
Had a great 4 days scootering in Brittany, smooth crossing both ways food on the ferries was good , checking in and sailing was on time. Will use Aferries again for booking crossing first class thank you. 7.6
We own a house in france and travel to and fro various routes. brittany ferries has always been the best in fine dining. the food served in the restuarant was my steak was overcooked my wifes plaice was tiny and ate like a piece of leather. the meal cost over £60.00. bad food overpriced. we returned from st malo and brought ou own food. i also query the exchange rate it was 75p per euro on both vessels and the rate on the days traveled averaged 86p per euro. perhaps this rend would explain nearly empty boats. are they ntrying to emulate Ryanair? barrie@russellsfarm.co.uk |
