Ferry journey spoilt by need for all passengers to queue endlessly for on-board Moroccan passport control; only one official who had to check all passengers against a laptop computer, check all immigration cards and stamp all passports.
Ferry very crowded so no choice of seats and since passengers not allowed out of main cabin, very limited view of what is one of the most beautiful ferry crossings in the world.
Most toilets not working.

Had to buy another 2 tickets as I couldn't print email. They refused to accept the reference number at the office. We almost missed the ferry due to having to run around to different offices and still didn't get anywhere hence the extra tickets. office people very unhelpful.

It was simple and pleasant crossing. However, there were few travelers, with only our group and three or four additional passengers in the departure lounge.
I'm not sure what a fully loaded ferry experience would be like. There did not seem to be too many available seats on board for many more people.

Overall the service was pretty Average - there is plenty of room for improvement. It got us from point A to B but very slow check in and late (about 45 minutes overdue) but less late when we arrives. On board services were effective but not vert

Arriving at the harbor, we were surprised that we could make the crossing immediately, however we were 12 hours too early.
From the staff, many other companies are still learning.
