Kept up all night with children screeming, running around and grizzling. It would be better to have familes with children put in cabins in 1 area to eliminate the constant noise for other travellers. We travelled with another couple and had the same problems with children kicking, banging the cabin walls and crying and screeming all night! neither us or them had any sleep so pretty poor for the money we had to pay. Please consider booking families in separate areas away from travelling couple etc. 7.8
We would prefer families travelling with children to be put together in 1 area of the ship; we had a small child to our right side licking the walls all night (parents did nothing) on the left side 2 children grizzling and crying and behind us the same! so all in all NO sleep for us! 9.8
We were passengers without a car and the check in was very easy and fast. The cabin was cosy and clean, also the bathroom. It was very quiet and we could sleep just great. The food at the self service restaurant wasn't expensive and it tasted very good. The shop didn't have a lot of things so we didn't spent a much time there. We arrived almost 2 hours before as scheduled, maybe good for some, but bad for us, who wanted to sleep a little bit more. 3.6
Not enough information on line about booking in No chairs for sitting outside especially on the dog deck Food not very appetising & expensive Good boarding & unloading for 5th wheel caravan Good crossing from Barcelona to Italy to avoid the long drive & tolls throughsouthern France 5.6
Not clear how to check in at Genova. Quiet time (April) so ferry not full. Comfortable cabin with largish single beds. On arriving long walk to get taxi or bus. |
