Not our choice, but very pleased!
    • Roscoff to Rosslare with Irish Ferries

We were originally booked to travel with Brittany Ferries to Cork, but a service cancellation put us on the Stena ferry to Rosslare. All credit to both companies - the transfer was smooth, and check-in was easy. The sailing was on time, the cabin was comfortable, and the facilities onboard comprehensive, so apart from arriving in Ireland 250 Km from where we wanted to be, which we could do nothing about but could live with, we were pleased with the crossing.

    Weather delays
    • Pembroke to Rosslare with Irish Ferries

Due to weather there were delays but prompt information did not effect travel to port. At the port services were quick and easy. A very good service in all !

    Trip to Ireland
    • Pembroke to Rosslare with Irish Ferries

Check-in was incredibly efficient - they knew our name and had our boarding pass as we drew up to the ticket booth. On board facilities were good. We didn't eat till late into the crossing so the vegetables were past their best! We should have stuck to the brunch, which we had on the return crossing. On both crossings we were near the front boarding and unfortunately this meant we were nearly last disembarking. A pity that it works that way and something which could perhaps be improved upon. Both crossings were quite quiet so we can't comment on how good it would be if crowded!

    A necessary journey
    • Rosslare to Pembroke with Irish Ferries

We needed to take our son's belongings over to Cork so the ferry was invaluable to us. We found it efficient and effective. Staff were courteous and professional. The crossing itself is tedious but that's not their fault. Can't find anything negative to say at all. I just hope it's always available.

    Family care visit
    • Pembroke to Rosslare with Irish Ferries

Easy to book on line through AFerry. Was updated by text a few days before advising that the ferry could be busy and to keep to our scheduled booking. This was due to the Rugby World Cup (Ireland playing/win on the 11th October 2015). The ferry was very busy but everything was managed well by Irish Ferries. Coffee not good though ..
