Excellent trip. On time departure and arrival. Boarding and disembarking at destination was flawless. Boat very comfortable with nice facilities. Great food.

Although the checking in system is a bit confusing, especially if one arrives early, the on board experience is excellent.

The ferry left and arrived on time. We had a very clean and fresh sea view cabin with a television. We only had breakfast on board and cannot comment on the food provided at other meals.

The breakfast was fine. The best ferry crossing I have experienced and very good value when compared to Irish Sea crossings which I often use.

This is a nice way to enjoy the beautiful waters of the Med. Brief and inexpensive trip, which ended for me in the most beautiful Med city of all, Ajaccio.

The lack of data regarding obtaining ticket, place for doing just that, and the hike to the boat presented some difficulties. The ticketing crew managed to serve the patrons in between some ongoing discussion between them, which slowed the process.

More information on getting around the ship would likely help. Some travellers still speak languages other than Italian and French, so some electronic communicator might be helpful.

All OK with one problem:
When we wanted to have dinner we had to take TWO menus, even if one of us was not hungry and didn't want to eat at that time.
We had two options:
1. one of us to leave and the other to eat alone (not nice!)
2. take&pay two menus and leave one on the table (which we did!)

Very helpful staff and efficient staff.
Great cabin - 3 beds for older people without clambering up steep steps.
Refitted plumbing
Up to date electronics/TV/sound etc - much higher quality than most etc
