I went to the main lounge to get boarding tickets and one window was open with a massive queue. Was the terminal full despite being out of season? No help or assistance was offered so I went to another window but got brushed off. As is the norm, waiting to board with the car is a total shambles. All the new rental cars whizz around mixed with passengers cars. I always book a cabin, this ferry was half the size with an un-balanced drive shaft, which shook the boat so much they was no way to sleep. Unfortunately its the only way to do it and they know. 2.2
After driving via France and Spain to arrive at check-in for trans Med very poor treated like dirt, takes for ever, parking none existent only 15 mins before being asked to move on!!! Then the ferry well fit for scrap yard, filthy dirty, but cabins ok. Very expensive. I think we have said enough. 7.2 4.4
Check in was fast in the admin office in Almeria, a little late loading with the car but OK. Left a little late but still arrived on time (ish) Cabin was really dirty, but my bunk was clean. The ferry was very old, however, it got me there..... 200.00? was too much for this crossing and service and age of boat. Boat full of Moroccans returning home or visiting family. Very few Europeans on board. but did the job, warn your girlfriend or wife before booking this crossing. 2.0
i had a disabled person with me when booked in at bar.when on board the staff would not let me use the disabled toilet next to our cabin because it was not on our ticket(not put on in bar)the staff could see that my friend needed hand rails to get up off the toilet and still would not let him use the disabled loo they were very incompenent staff the girl served in the perfume sales room and a male.and the food on board i would not have fed it to my dog. on the return jurney 100% staff could have been more helpfull. The staff on the Bar/Mon should go to Britteny Ferries forstaff training and how to look after disabled passengers I HOPE THAT PAIR NEVER BECOME DISABLED |
