    Terrible
    • The ferry departed 6 hours later than scheduled. The cabin for 4 people smaller than 9 square meters, we had to sleep with the door open. The staff more than arrogants. All they care is taking your money.

    Trieste - Durres cruise
    • I came upon this ferry service when searching for a ferry from Bari to Durres. It was a good competitive price and it saved me the long drive down through Italy, not to mention the money I saved on fuel and road tolls. It was relaxing and comfortable and the extra time allowed me to make some new friends. I wish I had know about this ferry years ago. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was too late to book a cabin so cannot comment on the accommodation but I was comfortable enough in the lounge. I think the ferry was full to capacity so it is obviously popular. I would definitely use it again.well done Adria ferries

Worst boat trip ever- poor facilities, people smoking everywhere, oven heated food.
    • Whilst booking was a breeze thanks to aferry.co.uk the trip was a disaster. As titled there was only one toilet available for an overcrowded boat used by cheap fee bus passengers with humongous suit cases occupying most of the badly laid out setting areas. Oven heated food was overpriced. Smokers scattered everywhere and dare to get outside for a fresh air as the areas were occupied with smokers! That is next to oil barrels and other flammable liquid!!! The waiting times on the boat stairs last for ever and the boat comes to a long stop before we get to the port (needing permission from Italian authorities due to drug dealing necessary cheeks) The journey is a complete nightmare. Long checks both on entry and exit add more to stress and anxiety of those who are just tourists like me. The service is poor and the adria ferries company could not care!

    Better than before
    • We have travelled with Adria 3 times now the first 2 were on AF michela which we found dirty and not that great but got us were we needed to be! But last year 2014 we travelled return on AF Francesca and had a completely different experience ! The beds were clean and the pillows didn't smell! The restaurant food was lovely and the staff seemed friendly, I don't know if it was just because we were on a different ferry or if Adria are making improvements but we were happy!
