08 Oct 2014A nightmare trip
Completely unorganised in all aspects. Restaurant was disgraceful food to offer to the first class travellers. Breakfast not to mention the same scenario. I wonder how their are still allowed to operate tickets exorbitant. Is there any organisation to check this unprofessional running these ferries. Unfair to let them continue.

09 Oct 2013Worst journey ever
No service on board, no hygiene, very dirty room and expensive, this boat is not suitable for sailing. No information or even staff to ask on board.

27 Oct 2012Worst part of our trip so far
It was a nightmare from beginning to end.The check-in was like an overcrowded refugee camp.so was the disembarking. The only positive part was the friendly and helpful staff- thank God.Stay away from this route unless you abolutely need to use it.
