    Terrible check in
    • Lovely cabin and reasonably priced food. Service mixed - waiting and bar staff abrupt to the point of rudeness but housekeeping friendly and helpful. Wait of 2 hours in queue tp pick up tickets was disgraceful with only one poor woman manning the counter. Delay of over 3 hours in departure and late arrival.

    Bari-Bar ferry
    • The check in process was disorganized and extremely lengthy. The ferry is in relatively poor condition. Emergency exits were chained and padlocked. The cabin A/C did not work. The limited staff they had were hard working and helpful. Would not repeat.

    From Italy to Montenegro
    • The time and the route was very convenient for us on our European Road-Trip. The Bari harbor staff and signs could have been better, now it was quite chaotic. I guess that is just the Italian way and as a structured Scandinavian I have seen much better. Loading the ferry was too quite chaotic, with backing onto the boat as an interesting part. The cabin was very plain and sparse, but it filled its purpose. If being transported while you sleep is your main goal, this one does it's job. If you expect the ferry trip to be an experience... well, then there are probably fancier options.

    Modest but cheap
    • Check-in was slow and laborious. Services on board are modest, the ship is old, but renovated and clean. Cabins are very modest. The staff is cool, but kind and obligingly. Price is the best compared with other options for crossing of the Adriatic from Bari.

    Smooth sailing
    • Not one problem - From check-in to arrival, everything was easy and well done.
