    No rules of guest behavior
    • Noise on other rooms, no one tries to calm them, better to sleep on open area's other than on rooms.

    Not using them again
    • Terribly chaotic experience. HAS to be a better way to go from east to west.. driving across Europe is preferable to taking this ferry. My inside cabin was tiny and smelly. The car deck proceedings were insane. I do not like writing negative reviews and only do so in exceptional circumstances, but I will not be traveling on Ventouris Line again under ANY circumstances.

Worst boat trip ever- poor facilities, people smoking everywhere, oven heated food.
    • Whilst booking was a breeze thanks to the trip was a disaster. As titled there was only one toilet available for an overcrowded boat used by cheap fee bus passengers with humongous suit cases occupying most of the badly laid out setting areas. Oven heated food was overpriced. Smokers scattered everywhere and dare to get outside for a fresh air as the areas were occupied with smokers! That is next to oil barrels and other flammable liquid!!! The waiting times on the boat stairs last for ever and the boat comes to a long stop before we get to the port (needing permission from Italian authorities due to drug dealing necessary cheeks) The journey is a complete nightmare. Long checks both on entry and exit add more to stress and anxiety of those who are just tourists like me. The service is poor and the adria ferries company could not care!

    Bari to Corfu and return
    • Ventouris office in Corfu goes under a different name and can only be found by asking directions-even then parking near the office with a car and trailer is difficult. Travelling from Bari is worse because signage in Bari port is abysmal and staff at Bari main port unhelpful-except for the greek chap who followed us thro' the port and waved us down so he could give proper directions-eperisto.
