    Beetle ferry
    • The company was very quick to reply to reservation requests and efficient when required times were unavailable. We travelled during national holidays in Japan and S Korea and the check in and journey were without problems. There is a good duty free store at Fukuoka but few facilities on board the ferry. Taxes need to be paid on departure and some of these have to be in Japanese yen.

Great and fast way to come from Japan to Korea
    • If you prefer to use well your time this is a great way to go from Japan to Korea. The journey takes 3 hours and they have wi-fi onboard. It take less time to check-in and check-out than on a airport and the both Ports are in great cities right on their heart instead of travelling outside to an airport.

    Nothing to complain about
    • The ferry trip from Fukuoka to Busan went nice and smooth. The check in was very easy and simple. The trip itself was pleasant. They do not ave a shop onboard so buy some food in advance. I think the crew walked around selling a small selection of candy and drinks. The ferry was nice and clean and the seats very comfortable. I had a great experience. And I had no issues with the ticket I purchased in advance on this website. I simply just printed the email out and showed the lady at the check in counter.
