Ferry is ok, but little bit to old and tired. Food quality is good. Available wi-fi on board for little money.

27 Jun 2016Very pleasant journey
It was a very pleasant trip...would like to repeat it. I was very happy to have a room for myself. I cannot say anything about catering, I did not try the food there.

10 Nov 2014Medium quality trip
Not much to do onboard of this ferry. No entertainment, only a few plastic lounge chairs outside, medium quality food. Surprisingly there was a wireless network available, a very slow one though. My cabin was ok, but had a very bad smell in the restroom.

21 Oct 2014Good Journey
I had a pleasant journey on board the ferry. Arrival at Cadiz port and ticket acquiring was easy and straight forward. Boarding again was very well organised but had to wait quite a while to get the room allocated. Room was comfortable and clean, we had one problem with the shower but it was fixed straight away. I was very impressed with the food on board, the choice was excellent and the portions very generous. I did have to heat the meal up in the microwave in the restaurant a couple of times but all was very good quality. The staff manning the bars especially the Disco one were either not happy in their job or were in the wrong job as we found their general attitude somewhat needing a customer service course and a few happy injections. I was pleased however in the provision of WiFi onboard as this helped to take up a few hours of the journey. Altogether a pleasant experience but thought a little expensive being as registered residents of Tenerife can get a very good discount but I only have an NIE number so had to pay full price!
