    Very efficient service
    • All the staff onboard and involved in the check-in process are friendly and helpful. The interior felt a little shabby and needs some upgrading. Otherwise, this is a very efficient way to move between the UK and Europe.

    Travel with pets
    • Missed our boat travel time due to complications over pet travel. After approximately 5 hours of negotiations with passport control DFDS put us on the next available boat at no extra cost. Thumbs up for you. Regards Stuart Shepherd
