    • This ferry service offers poor crossing times and when on board the facilities leave much to be desired. Sorry DFDS but the standard of cabins is at best, poor and food offered at restaurant could be much better. The only reason we use this service is location convenience.

    Foot passenger travel
    • My daughter and I had a fairly comfortable journey on the way there, but on the way back, we had a cabin next to a noisy family (the walls are thin). The boat was by no means full and I felt that we were put there as it would have been easier for the staff to clean quickly. Also, both ways, our luggage was loaded before the cars and the trucks which meant that we had to wait till the vehicles had left the boat. This is not acceptable and needs to be given more thought. I will have to consider taking a smaller suitcase next time.
