    A Really Good Service
    • I expected very little from a domestic ferry operation but Red Funnel was extremely good. The check in and boarding was efficient and ontime. Discharge likewise. I greatly appreciated the dog friendly lounge - a real innovation . Catering was fine and staff pretty pleasant. Big thumbs up.

    Quality of service
    • I appreciate your service but kindly ask you to improve on food. I bought a beef burger and it was very called and burnt or over cooked. Overall you are not that bad.
