    Why visit Jersey by ferry?

The island of Jersey is well worth a visit. Beautiful golden beaches, small beautiful villages and walking trails are some of the famous attractions. And travelling by ferry is the ideal relaxing way to visit giving you the advantage of being able to take your car to explore the whole island at your leisure.

Jersey is the largest of the Channel Islands and so offers the most attractions. It is most busy during the summer but the autumn and spring are also good times to visit where you might find fewer crowds and cheaper ferry fares.

    Onboard your ferry

Most ferries on England to Jersey ferry routes are fast ferries. These vessels like the Condor Liberation and Condor Rapide offer a fast and stable journey while significantly reducing journey times compared to a conventional ferry. On smooth seas the experience is more akin to travelling by train than sea.

On board, you will find a variety of facilities including a cafeteria and shop - however compared to a conventional ferry the facilities are fewer. Nevertheless, a comfortable seat in spacious air-conditioned lounges will ensure that you arrive comfortably and feeling relaxed ready to explore Jersey.
