The ferry was decent checking in we had booked our tickets the wrong way round but this wasn't a problem. We were boarded on the ferry quicker than expected and the journey went smoothly. My only complaint is the cost of the ferry to the isle of wight is completely unreasonable and I could get a ferry to france cheaper they really need to review these prices.
