    We love Wightlink
    • A very kind crew member, Shaun, took us in the lift. We said we needed it but didn't like using it on our own. He said he would come and collect us to take us down again. We sat in the Costa coffee shop area and I was very surprised that the Ladies Loo was out of action. I was not going to take the lift down to the next floor so waited until we disembarked. Why was it out of action?

    • Could not take cards and could not buy a coffee. Staff had already pored it before I realised and instead of throwing away, gave it to me for free. Good common sense!
