29 Aug 2017Genoa to Olbia Crossing
Very disappointing and would not travel on this crossing again. After booking a cabin for the overnight crossing I was shocked to see many passengers securing any available floor space in the communal areas to put their blow up beds up and settle down for the night. The entertainment lounge was sadly full of people getting ready for bed whilst the poor couple brought in to 'entertain' the passengers were singing to a sleeping audience. I believe this is a regular occurrence and the eye watering £900 price tag certainly doesn't justify the one star experience!

19 Sep 2016Genoa Olbia Return
Signage to boat in Genoa non-existent, took an hour to get to boat embarkation point. Had meal in restaurant on board but late eating. Service was poor, gave up on coffee at end of meal. Staff more interested in clearing up than looking after guests. Perhaps they should not have invited us to eat! Crossing fine otherwise. Return crossing OK but did not eat having been previously disappointed.

We found the trip very enjoyable. It was comfortable and the staff were brilliant. There were plenty of them and they were extremely efficient. We were able to board early which made things more relaxed. Would recommend Moby Ferries unreservedly.
