About Glossa

Glossa is a village on the verdent island of Skopelos. The Sporades islands are famous for being relatively quiet and their stunning greenery. Lush green pine trees reflect over calm blue water. The Sporades Islands are well-known for their beaches, beautiful terrain, and coastal diving and snorkeling. In the neighborhood of Glossa is the chapel of Agios Ioannis, which featured in the 2008 film "Mamma Mia!" From the port of Glossa there are many ferries to the nearby islands.

As well as conventional ferries, the company also operates catamaran type vessels and fast ferries which can sometimes be up to 50% faster than other companies with conventional ferries. Great boat trip
    • We booked the Ferry from Skopelos back to Skiathos to catch our flight home. So much nicer on this boat rather than the flying cat we came out on, mainly because they had a lovely big outside deck and we could enjoy the gorgeous views much better on what was a perfect sunny calm day. Still only a 30-45 minute journey and a perfect end to our trip, thank you

    Fantastic service
    • Brilliant service very helpful staff, with help with luggage on and off ferry. Only downfall was that the windows on the sea cat needed cleaning, there are such beautiful views to be had of the Greek Islands, but could not see out off the windows.

    Greece again
    • It was a really exciting experience to take part in a journey like this. The beautiful neverending sea, the enormous ferry and the nice weather together with my lovely husband. We had a really perfect holiday in Greece.
