About Ibiza

The sobriety of the cathedral, the Renaissance city walls, and the labyrinth of small streets that surround it, contrast with the cheerful and cosmopolitan atmosphere of the port, especially during summer nights, and have rightly contributed to the fame of the island.

One of the main appeals for the visitors of the island is its 18 kilometers of beaches and creeks, from the most developed to the most virgin. Ibiza is a very popular tourist destination, especially due to its legendary nightlife.

About Denia

Denia is a tourist city, especially loved by many Germans that adopt it as a residence for the whole year. Despite the countless visitors it receives, it is very peaceful and it has very beautiful, endless beaches.

Denia Ferry Port is located at the southeast of the Iberian Peninsula and is very close to the Cap de Sant Antoni, the closest point of the Iberian Peninsula to the Balearic Islands. Denia offers great links with all the Baleric Islands and these routes can be booked through AFerry.

    Got a dog will travel
    • Great easy and simple. Booking with Aferry super easy. Then went onto Balearia website printed out boarding cards. Simple easy. Then queued up for ferry and tried a little of my minimal Spanish which was appreciated. Nice area for my dog. Then on offer a menu del dia not bad but opted for the al a carte restaurant 20e 4 course menu well worth it. Great journey!!

    Late and hugely overpriced
    • Fast ferry cancelled, slow ferry late. Disembarking took over an hour. The price of the ticket? Cheaper to fly to the moon.

    Ibiza Denia Round Trip
    • Overall booking with AFerry to travel was easier than direct with Balearia. Prices are high as competition seems limited so choice for ferry provider and journey are limited. However I personally preferred travel via Denia which is an interesting town but manageable with the short time we were there. I have travelled via Barcelona and Valencia both have their own but different charm. Ignoring price and choice everything was as it should be. With a wait before boarding and really no clues given as to procedure, once aboard everything including disembarking at destination was fine.
