    Good service
    • But.... aferry wants you to have a printout of your reservation -- this isn't always possible for travelers, and in this electronic age, it seems outmoded.

A great crossing with helpful, friendly staff
    • I'd booked a ticket for the wrong day and the staff at Tobermory were so friendly and helpful. It was a well packed car cargo, all very efficient. No catering or facilities on board, just ample seats on deck or staying in your vehicle. Totally recommend the service.

    some confusion over finding reservation
    • The actual process of booking the tickets was quick and easy- much better than the actual ferry company's site so well done with that. Not sure at whose end this lay, but the ferry company had no record of our reservation. Again, suspect this was the ferry company as their equipment and ways seemed quite antiquated. I'd use your company next time
