The trip was very uncomfortable due to an air conditioner at the back of the boat that was blasting very cold air on the entire section of seats. A winter coat was required in order to stay warm. This lasted the entire 2.5 hour trip. They also need to do a better job of insuring that passengers go straight to their assigned seats. For us to get our seats, the staff had to evict some people that were taking our seats at first. This seems to be a routing problem, as there were many other passengers who experienced this. Otherwise the trip was smooth and fast.

Really bad trip. It was more than 4 hours late. We almost missed our plane. We missed our booking at a hotel in Athens. We were supposed to be in Athens at 1 a clock at night. But got there at 5 in the morning..
