    Terrible Customer Service
    • The problem with this ferry experience began at the port before we boarded the ferry. We could not check in properly because we were told the ticket issuing system was down. Therefore, we did not have our tickets, only an email that confirmed our reservation and our passports. Once on the ship, our passports were taken by a gentleman collecting tickets and we were told to wait at reception until the ferry had left port so they could process our tickets. So we waited, and waited, and waited until approx a half hour after the ship left. Again, we were told to keep waiting another half hour and we'd have our tickets. So we kept waiting without our passports in the reception area until a half hour turned into about 2 hours. I finally convinced one of the reception staff to give us our passports, but still no tickets. We waited in some empty seats until we were kicked out because we still had no tickets and therefore no assigned seats. I went back up to reception and they finally had our tickets (about 3 hrs into trip)--of course they did not call us as promised, I had to harass them about it. However, the tickets were general area only (no assigned seats). We were forced to find our own seats and hope noone came to claim them. Of course, we did not receive any explanation or apology as to why the delay and why no assigned seats. Overall, it was a customer service nightmare.

    A cruise within a Journey
    • Sun shining and great food. Wonderful staff and floating from island to island. What a fantastic journey. Easy experience and I would highly recommend it for a great way to get around the islands for a small fee.

    Pleasant trip
    • We found this ferry a better experience than the smaller faster ferries. It was spacious, airy and. Comfortable.

    Fun Ferry
    • Riding the ferry is a fun, unique experience and a great way to travel the Greek islands. There is plenty of opportunity to make friends or simply read a book while overlooking the sea.
