11 Aug 2014Nice trip, busy ferry, stressing journey if not having a cabin
I got annoyed by the fact that we had to leave the cabin 1 hour before arrival. This is not acceptable when you rent the cabin for the whole journey and I was not able to read it in the conditions (maybe it is there) but you must warn the passenger, if you would like to have satisfied customers. Very difficult to hear the speakers and therefore missed a couple of important messages like booking the table for dinner. Your personnel were very helpful and we could get a table. That is very positive. Good trip but it can get better.

23 Jul 2014Ferry to Ajaccio
Excellent alternative to flying. Very relaxing journey that took us into the heart of the town, from where we could walk to the hotel. On board services were excellent, especially the catering. The only major improvement could be in monitoring the use of the Pullman seats we booked. No reservations were shown and so others took our seats. Elsewhere many other seats in the lounges were grabbed at the start but never actually used during the crossing. We did however find somewhere to sit!

29 Jun 2014Holiday trip by car to Corsica
Late change of time of ferry sailing caused us to have to change our hotel booking lucky I did not loose my deposit. Generally satisfactory - not the fastest ferry - would not have chosen the time that the ferry was changed to.

12 Jun 2014Change of Destination
I was very angry and disappointed to discover upon arriving at the port that our outward journey destination (Ajaccio to Nice) had been changed to Ajaccio to Toulon! This meant that me and my other two companions missed our flight scheduled to leave Nice Airport as it took us a further 2 hours to travel to Nice. Thus, we lost a considerable amount of money changing our flights. Moreover, we had no prior knowledge of this change and therefore could not prepare beforehand and the staff on board were very rude and didn't not provide adequate information/ answers to our questions.
