05 Aug 2011unsatisfied and overbilled
Room change on board to worse, without explanation (from gold to silver floor), no refund for lower room quality as it has been payed. Staircase from garage to reception was not marked as ”closed” with visible sign "reception", so app. 20 people ended in machine room with suitcases, had to go 3 floors up, and again down to other staircase, in short: unorganized and chaotic!
