    Printed Booking Confirmation is not
    • App is easy to use but we are advised to print our booking confirmation to show on the boat. When we got there however they didn't accept this and we had to go back into the port area to a travel agent to print tickets. I think this cost about 6 euros, and took about 15 minutes so make sure to leave enough time.

    smooth enough
    • we booked airline seats and didn't need them outbound but definitely did on the return. The pursers office were utterly unhelpful in enforcing reservations but the lady in the shop was an utter gem. food and drinks were available and reasonable, facilities were excellent. the on and offboarding process for foot passengers was a bit chaotic.
