19 Dec 2014Bad wether but ok trip
I was overall OK with the jurney, but would like to stress the following: 1) it was not obvious on the ticket I printet after booking, witch number I should use on the automat at the ferry entry. 2) It was impossible to hear the captains voice on the intercom after boarding the ship. ) Due to the bad wether, I think you should have asked passengers to stay seated for as long as possible.

An enjoyable ferry cruise with comfortable seating and good on board catering. Check in directions in Sassnitz could have been clearer but embarkation was well organised.

11 Aug 2012To Bornholm
Automatic check in resulted in no one to ask for ability to park near, lift (requested at time of booking) As a result placed on mezzanine and had to struggle up stairs. Food on board very limited in choice.
