07 Feb 2014Never ever again with this Company
Transfer from Tanger-Med to Sete (France) The transfer started with a delay of three hours (18.00 instead of 15.00) and if that wasn't enough the ferry arrived at 09.00 hours instead of 01.00 hours two days later. Meaning a delay of eight hours. It was a very calm sea, so therefore no reason for the arrival-delay. Total of eleven hours later than was declared by the company. On top of all this misery; no explanations nor excuses from the Ferry Company i.e.G.N.V. There was no compensation or reimbursement what so ever. All that for the price of 560 Euro's. Therefore, never ever again with this ferryboat company. Never with Grand Navi Veloce again.

23 Dec 2013A good efficient service
Prompt and efficient check in. We were able to board fairly quickly but P&O allow boarding much earlier in relation to departure times. The ship was well maintained and facilities and staff were very good. Food and restaurant service was good but expensive. Travellers without cabins should use the ample supply of couchette seating on the uppermost deck and not be allowed to sleep all over the place. All in all a good experience and I would use the route and provider again.

16 Aug 2013The journey was wonderful
But the crew on board are not cool and the ferry should have some employeees on board from Morocco because most of travellers or 99 percent of travellers are moroccan

03 Jun 2013Good route from Sete to Nador, but poor service
The route saves a lot of driving time thru spain, 2 nights 1 full day on board is great, but conditions on board could be improved! Food Quality and condition of cabins are below european Standard, but still acceptable

04 Sep 2012The staff was nice and helpful
Only cinema facility worked, the cabin is too small and not cleaned at all, we had to ask for new sheets because of dirt on it, the food was delicious in the restaurant lafontaine, the bar was good too. I didn't like the snack in the last floor was pretty dirty, cigarettes and cans everywhere on the tables and the pool was not even full. the staff was nice and helpful each time we asked for something.
