03 Oct 2017Got us there
But that's about the best you can say about this ferry and its facilities. Dated, food terrible and basically an endurance test. Will not be doing it again in a hurry.

10 Jul 2014OK journey
Everything was OK, ferry was on time for both ways.. Only they changed the port on the way to the Sicily in the last minute, so the ferry landed in Palermo instead in Termini Imerese.

18 Sep 2013Ferry cancelled we weren't informed
We arrived to the check in with no prior information that the crossing had been cancelled, only to find out that the ferry was not sailing that day. After a long day travelling we found it very frustrating, and had to search for a hotel to stay in. They managed to get us on the next day sailing but we'd spent money for the night in the hotel and lost some nights in the desired location, so two nights in the hotel were on our cost - we have never received any compensation. I tried to get help from the ferry company, but they washed their hands and didn't want to know - simply saying that the records stated we had been informed by the text massage - which we never received. We would never use the company again to book as we found them to be unprofessional in handling our complaint.

23 Apr 2013Return home - arrived 2 hours later than stated on booking
The voyage was fine but the timetable of arrival needs to be updated on internet booking. This seems to be a problem with all Grandi Navi Veloci sailings. Arriving 2 hours later than stated could cause problems with people at times.
